Often Counselling and Psychotherapy are used interchangeably, and they are very similar. Counselling is aimed at getting you to feel better, quickly. Psychotherapy goes deeper and aims at bigger change so that your issues never return.  

Couples & Marriage Counselling

Focuses on your relationship and how you get on together. Couples counselling (also called relationship counselling and marriage counselling) is usually highly effective. It changes the dynamics of your relationship, so you both can have a happier future.

Anonymity and Finding Us

We practice mainly from our home in Murrayfield. To protect your anonymity, there is no name plate.  

Parking does not require a permit, and it is on Lothian bus routes 12, 26, 31, 38, and 48, and several First Bus routes to destinations west of Edinburgh. It is a mile from Haymarket railway station.
