Psychotherapy is similar, but involves working deeper. The aim is not "just" to feel better, but to change, so that the issue never returns. This usually takes longer. You decide at what level you work.

Couples & Marriage Counselling

Focuses on your relationship and how you get on together. Couples counselling (also called relationship counselling and marriage counselling) is usually highly effective. It changes the dynamics of your relationship, so you both can have a happier future.

Anonymity and Finding Us

We practice mainly from our home  in Murrayfield. To protect your anonymity, there is no name plate.

Parking does not require a permit, and it is on Lothian bus routes 12, 26, 31, 38, and 48, and several First Bus routes to destinations west of Edinburgh. It is a mile from Haymarket railway station.

We also sometimes see people in Haymarket in the West End of the the city.
